Version 1.7 seems to work fine; this is with the "GDAL Complete" and "GSL Framework" prerequisites installed, all from Kyngchaos.com

Version 1.6 has problems with GDAL plugins. Updated to 1.7 to solve this and ended up with multiple problems. Suggest removing QGIS 1.6, Grass 6.4 and then following the Kyngchaos instructions. If you get an error about reopening windows at start-up go to your "Library" (not system) then "Saved Application State" and remove the qgis file in there.

You need to install using PPC Mac then copy to the lion installation.

PROBABLY doesnt work since it is PPC only. I am not aware of an Intel-Patch being out there?!

I know it works with 10.3 and 10.4, which are Intel/PPC Universal Operating systems, maybe it does work on Intel then?

Can anyone confirm the latest Mac OS release you have this game running on?

This is the fourth title in the QUAKE series of games.

Fruitz of Dojo have created a very elegant Quake II Mac OS X port. You'll need it to actually run Quake II.

Ideally, you'll want to get a copy of a working Quake II installation, since you'll need the baseq2 folder and pak files.

App released as a Universal Binary.

Unknown if it works with 10.7.

It seems to work without problems on the OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.

The versions feature of OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion do not work. XPress has its own Auto Save and Auto Backup in Preferences - Open and Save.

Quicken released the R10 update for Lion compatibilty. Select Quicken Menu > Check for Updates and update to R10.

The only problem i have had is the popup window(s) for categories and tags will crash the app if you click one of the items. Typing the value works fine.

• The new version 1.5.4f6423 fixes the restarting issue.

I have some problems with Quicktime Player. It freezes mouse input for a long time sometimes.

Quicktime Player, when used with the Magic Mouse, has a bug… Quicktime Player will not respond, but you can use the USB mouse with no problem.

Yes. QT Player Pro version still works on Lion 10.7.2!

The app works perfectly with drag and drop from Safari. But you have to manually click it first to wake it up after sleep before it will accept any new drops.

The Safari extension (that uses this app) however, does not seem to work. The extension is not a part of the product (still nice to know).
