Mit DOSBox Buddy (DBB) verwaltest, startest und konfigurierst du deine DOS-Spiele (rudimentäre DOS Kenntnisse vorausgesetzt bzgl. der Spielinstallation) mit wenigen Klicks. Die App vereint eine moderne, intuitive Benutzeroberfläche mit leistungsstarken Funktionen, die speziell für die Bedürfnisse von DOS-Gamern entwickelt wurden.

DOSBox Buddy versteht sich als Launcher und fußt auf dem Projekt „DOSBox-x“ welches für den Betrieb des Programms benötigt wird.

    Organisiere deine gesamte DOS-Spielebibliothek übersichtlich an einem Ort. Importiere und exportiere Spiele inklusive aller Einstellungen im praktischen .dbb-Format – ideal zum Teilen mit Freunden oder für Backups.

  • Drag & Drop für CD- & Floppy-Images

    Spiele lassen sich inklusive aller Images und Konfigurationen exportieren. Beim Import werden Pfade automatisch angepasst, sodass deine Spiele auch auf anderen Macs sofort lauffähig sind. Wichtig: Natürlich muss das zu exportierende Spiel bereits korrekt eingerichtet sein damit das .dbb Archiv auf einem anderen Rechner direkt startbereit ist. Die Installation eine Spiels auf der DOS Ebene nimmt einem DOSBox Buddy nicht ab!
