Thank you for contacting Flip4Mac support. I would be happy to assist you.
Currently, we are unable to support MacOS X Sierra due to compatibility on the new OS, and will likely not be supported on High Sierra. We will continue to work with Apple in hopes of finding a solution. Flip4Mac is currently supported on 10.11 and earlier. If you are interested in Windows media playback, we suggest you look at our Switch Player which is available for WMV playback on Sierra, and will be supported with the final release of High Sierra.
