Labels and Databases

Labels and Databases is the label maker and designer software with advanced mail merge capabilities and database support. It allows to create labels, envelopes, and cards documents using various built-in formats, and fill them with the information from user databases.

Integrated database module helps you to easily store and manage contact information. It is easy to use, and sports a variety of powerful features to help you truly manage your data lists, such as specifying the database browse field, sorting your data by three sorting criteria, creating record groups and filter database records by group, or database fields contents, and more.

The mail merge feature in the Labels and Databases allows to create not only form letters, personalized cards, invitations, etc. The Labels and Databases makes it easy to create a template document with placeholders that correspond to database fields of the current database. This makes the mail merge documents, created with this template to contain the same kind of information, while some of the content is unique.

Text, graphics and images, boxes, ovals, lines, patterns in any font, color or rotation, gradient fills, database field objects, address blocks, barcodes of PostNet, Code 128, UPC-A, UPC-E, ISBN, DataMatrix, and QR Code barcode types can be added to your documents. The contents of database field can be barcoded, allowing to print barcode sequences.
